I weigh and measure my food
I have been on a mostly Paleo diet for about 6 months.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I started Crossfit in March 2011. I workout on average 4 to 5 times per week and I run before my morning workout.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
In Junior High and High School I played volleyball and completed in track. I wish I had found Crossfit many many years ago. Although not in the best shape yet, I strive to improve everyday!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Love Marysville Crossfit and the CFM family. They keep me motivated. So does my family (husband, kids and grandbabies :)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I have just recently started doing my Crossfit workout in the morning and run before that then in the evening I row / jump rope / situps, etc...
