How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
No counting calories or measuring. I am 100% Paleo except 1-2 meals per week. Added Eat to Perform principles into my Paleo lifestyle. More white rice and sweet potatoes. Quinoa too!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
WCCF all the way!!!!
