No performance history
I've done swimming, running, yoga, cycling, and just general working out. None of it ever really stuck. I tried a six-week introductory CrossFit class in Feb 2014 and fell in love. It's the perfect blend of everything -- strength, agility, cardio, community, challenges, and fun. It's been awesome to see just what I'm capable of. Plus, I've never had muscles before, so that's a sweet perk! ;)
