Bio

Former Army soldier. West Point grad. Chicago Booth MBA. Emerging teetotaler. Open-heart surgery survivor. I often do CrossFit workouts in hotel gyms. I'm pretty sure the people on the treadmills and bikes think I look crazy doing thrusters and hollow-body rocks. I try to eat Paleo. Pizza is my vice. And doughnuts. Every day is a gift. I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I generally eat paleo all week and have a cheat meal on Saturday or Sunday.
