How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat real food pretty much all the time. People would say it's strict paleo except that I recently went back on peanut butter and love that decision. I like a good dark chocolate now and again but if I'm going to cheat, you can bet it's probably going to be potato chips!
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
I've been following the programming of Ben Bergeron since October of 2012 and loving it! He is so smart with his programming and I love that I don't have to think about my own programming like i have in the past. It's been the best training decisions I've done in the past 2 years!
