How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try and stay Paleo for most of my meals allowing a cheat meal now and then. Being gluten intolerant helps me stay away from many of the things I should not eat anyway.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
CF, Running and hopefully Yoga again this year as part of my regular training.
My Athletic Background
I started working out on a more regular basis as a freshman in college, was never really athletic growing up. It wasn't until about 4yrs ago did I really put a larger focus on fitness and I can really see the changes.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
My multiple workouts are a combination of CF and running
