How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Eat paleo as much as possible but realistically probably achieve 80% clean/ 20% not so good!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I do both classes and personal training sessions. I find the pt helps me develop skills and therefore get the most out of classes. Dragon CrossFit is just an inspiring place to be.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Have purposefully avoided any athletic activity for most of my 57 years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I have never taken part in any sporting activity until I was introduced to CrossFit by the amazing coaches at Dragon CrossFit. . Now can't imagine my life without it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work out 4 days a week. Sometimes I manage more if my knees aren't too painful.
