How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo - but it depends on what you describe as 'strict'. I eat meat, veg, seeds, some nuts and little fruit. I bend on potatoes and beans in my chili.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Sean does it all. I show up and do what he tells me to do.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I "should've, would've, could've" does no good. I "can, am, trying" to be the best I can be. I pretty much know I suck at this sport - I could either let that stop me or fire me; I choose the latter. I have moments of glory, when the stars align and there is a Kettle Bell, Double Under, Push Press amrap. Those are few and far between the toes to bar, pull up, box jump, HSPU, dip, OHS, burpie hell that makes up 90% of CF.

I started and still train with the best CrossFit buddy ever. She will always kick my ass but I am proud of what she can do and I know she is happy for me when I finially break new ground.
