How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Lets be honest I'm 20 years old, I can eat whatever I want...to an extent.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
2 years of Soccer, 8 years of Baseball, and 11 years of Football
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
Currently a CrossFit Level 1 coach with a USAW Level 1 certification while in pursue of my CSCS and degree in kinesiology with emphasis on strength and conditioning.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
That's just down right stupid...who takes a rest day? That's sadly what most people think but the truth is that it depends on how my body feels, generally 1-3 rest days a week, depending on training volume and homework load.
