How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm about 70/30 Paleo/Whole food....cut out processed stuff but i enjoy cheese, cream in my coffee(though been drinking black for the past 3 weeks) and I'm a chocolate fan!! Working on my kids slowly however i'ts not my priority with them quite yet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I enjoy running as well, my goal is to run a marathon next year when my husband returns home. I enjoy middle distance races, definitely want to do a Spartan race and more triathalon's as well. My 9 year old daughter and I will be running our 3rd race together on 16 March!!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Always ran, played softball and field hockey when I was in school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I Crossfit at Crossfit Takeover in Virginia Beach, been there 14 months now, definitely enjoy it and the people at my box!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically workout 5 days a week
