How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm about 70/30 Paleo/Whole food....cut out processed stuff but i enjoy cheese, cream in my coffee, pizza cause everyone knows pizza is superfood....lol and I'm a chocolate fan!! Working on my kids slowly however i'ts not my priority with them quite yet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Lifetime runner, ran my 1st marathon October 2013. I'm running a Spartan Trifecta this year, those are awesome and really fun!! My children are gymnasts and now I just want to be like them :)
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I am at Crossfit Takeover in Virginia Beach, I have been with them since December 2011, definitely enjoy it and the people at my box!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically workout 5 days a week
