I am an Assistant Pastor at Canyon Ridge Baptist Church in San Diego, CA. I am a Navy veteran and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Class of 2003. I am married to a lovely wife, and we have two children! I enjoy challenging myself in CrossFit and thrive in the supportive gym environment. I'm competing in the Open because nothing brings out the best like competition, and I want to see where I'm at and how I can improve my general fitness.
