Since starting CrossFit, I have lost 114lb, cured my high blood pressure, and for the first time I am in control of my body composition and relationship with food. For the first 31 years of my life, I never ran when I could walk. Now, I often look for reasons to run, jump, climb, or lift the heaviest nearby object. Sometimes, I don't even need a reason.
