How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
home cooked, organic, fresh fruits , veggies, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts. 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Larger meals in the morning and smaller meals at night.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Crossfit and a weekend warrior soccer player.

Div 1 soccer and semi pro

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I usually only do 1 workout a day
4 CF workouts a week and 1 Soccer Day. Rest two days
