How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 3 meals a day and supplement with 3 snack throughout the day and night.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at TCA 4 or 5 times a week and run 1 or 2. I do some type of workout Monday thru Saturday and rest on Sunday.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I started my athletic training with swimming at the age of 4. This continued until high shool at which time I added softball and volleyball. After high school I played badmiton and tennis in college. I continued to do things on my own until I met Eric (TCA) at the age of 53 and entered his boot camp program. When he opened his box I decided to try CrossFit and I have been doing it ever since.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Workout Monday thru Saturday and rest on Sunday.
