How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Typically paleo with some grains like oats etc. I'll generally have something like pizza, a burger or brazilian BBQ etc.1-2 times a week and a dessert once a week.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

As an affiliate co-owner, I enjoy taking equipment outdoors and using my surroundings living in such a broad area for training.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

Was drawn to CF at the end of 2009 but Started properly in 2011 but have always trained at high intensity.
