Five year crossfitter at Crossfit West Jax (FL). Married for 35 years and a practicing optometrist (34 years) in Jacksonville, FL. Father of two, son (crossfitter at Crossfit Vector in Nashville) 27, daughter and a new son-in-law living in Tampa. Finished the Open in 2012 ranked 9th in Masters 60+ division. Competed in the Games in 2012 and finished 13th. Finished the 2013 Open ranked 13th. Competed in the 2013 Games and finished 17th.


How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Eat low carb, paleo foods.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Usually four crossfit workouts per week with twice a week running and stretching as well.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

Love sports! Played about every sport growing up and still run and play golf in addition to crossfit.
