How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-2 huge meals per day. Lots of protein and fat. I stick as close to paleo as possible, but don't stress if I miss.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I cherry pick my affiliate's WODs, and add one or two of my own, depending on how I feel. I also do judo twice per week.
My Athletic Background
I've done judo since junior high. I still train judo and self defense/ grappling twice per week, and I jump into the occasional adult recreational gymnastics and parkour classes at my gym.
