How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I follow the wrestling diet most the time, eat EVERYTHING. I eat alright most the time.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I coach and train at NRG. I also teach crossfit at the University of Utah. I train when I can between school and work. I try to mix it up.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I wrestled and skateboarded growing up. I wrestled two years in college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I fell in love with crossfit in northern California about two years ago after my 2nd year of college wrestling. I have trained at a few gyms in California and at a couple in Utah. I received my level 1 about a year ago and have been coaching for about a year. I wish I had time to train more.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I train when I can, and a couple times a day if it is possible. I am a college student with a demanding schedule. I don't rest a whole lot, but I should. I rest on Sunday.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Two years... and just getting started.
