I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Only track and feild Freshman Year. Before that, soccer in the 3rd grade.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
When I was born the doctor said I wouldn't be able to do a sport that involved my shoulders or hips, since I was born with abnormally weak muscles in those areas. Not only am i moving more weight than they ever thought possible, I'm proving all the doubters wrong.
