Former collegiate soccer player. Grew up as a competitive gymnast and switched to soccer at age 12. Found CrossFit about 3 years ago when my older sister opened our box in Cartersville, GA. I have competed with our team for the past 2 years, placing 22nd at the Games in 2012 and 3rd last year in 2013. This year is about having fun for us!! Bring on 2014. Every rep and workout is the name of my nephew, Ethan, who was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called MECP2 Duplication Syndrome, he is a rockstar!!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am mostly Paleo with a couple cheats here and there.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I train with members of my team most of the time at CrossFit Adrenaline. Some times our schedules conflict and we have to go in by ourselves. Working out with a buddy is always better.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Did competitive gymnastics until age 11, retired at Level 8. Picked up soccer in middle school and played at the Catholic University of America in Washington DC.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I have to be smart about the gym and when to go. I have a full-time job so normally if I go to gym twice it is morning and evening. If I don't go to gym two times its normally just the evening.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
3 year anniversary was in October of 2013! I have doing CrossFit competitively for 2 years.
