I am a second year Physiotherapy Student at Plymouth University. Prior to finding CrossFit I had worked in a bar in Lyon and was a borderline alcoholic. If Robert Barnett had his way I would be a full blown alcoholic. While he is in Canada I am taking the opportunity to rest my liver.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Unless I am eating with Robert "the feeder" Barnett. I then get 'force' fed double cream and sugar with ever meal. Coffee keeps me alive.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Very randomly. Occasionally follow a programme. Mostly don't.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played rugby for Cardiff University 3rds, I'm not sure that counts as College level?!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have attended the CrossFit gymnastics cert but am still crap at muscle ups.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Depends on the month. This month has been a bad example of my training...cough....
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Longer than I care to admit for my ability level.
