How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly paleo, but include oatmeal and some dairy. Depending on the sessions I have during the day is how I alter my carb. intake, so I basically just listen to my body and eat a ton!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
