How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat mainly paleo, with the occasional little bit of cheese or oats. Mainly just with breakfast. Usually about once or twice a week I'll have a "cheat meal" where I'll eat a sandwich with bread or something like that. I try to eat about 6 small meals throughout the day with breakfast being the largest...protein shakes between meals and a lot of fish oil.
