I have been CrossFitting for a little over 5 years. I was a competitive swimmer for most of my life and into college and then just was doing a normal boring routine at the globo gym when two firefighter friends introduced me to CrossFit. I haven't looked back since! In March I was lucky enough to open my own affiliate with my boyfriend and am loving the ability to pass what a difference CrossFit has made in my life onto others. I sell real estate for my "real" job and am also a volunteer firefighter/paramedic with my local fire department.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I recently opened my own affiliate and have a coach from another gym that writes my programming for me. I often video my WODs and send them to him for critique.
