I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have no idea what I consume while sleeping!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My coaches yell at me a lot... (mostly because I'm late with my membership dues) but it keeps me motivated.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I try to do better than the women... when that fails, I try to beat the CrossFit Kids!

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I don't usually workout, but when I do I prefer CrossFit.

Apparently one year... but I don't believe them.
