How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 70's Big style-mucho protein, carbs, and awesomeness. Using Oreo's and flank steak to get the jack, I'm all about crushing big weights and big meals.
How I Train
I write my own programming
I'm a powerlifter and strongman doing the Westside template. Two days I train to be faster than a speeding bullet, the others I train to be more powerful than a locomotive.
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
A wrestler in high schools, I am now a gold medal winning powerlifter and highland games competitor. If it's heavy I like it!
My Experience With CrossFit
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I just got Crossfit Powerlifting certified and plan on getting more certs in the future!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Lifting heavy and hard, I adhere to the method of "When you train, train. When you rest, rest."
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Been lifting for 6 years and Crossfitting for the last year, I know I have a way to go but I still have a lot to offer!
