With Steve Howell's recent exit from competitive exercise, I am without purpose in this years training season. I guess I hope to do my best.... But I don't know.

I played youth or high school level sports
Basically killin' it with mediocrity. AAA sports and the beer leagues. HAF.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I train other people
I taught myself everything I know.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
18 hrs of sleep a day.
