How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started doing CrossFit in 2008 out of CrossFit Roots's garage. It's been exciting to see the gym grow over the years. My goal for the 2013 open is to complete every workout as prescribed. I am recovering from a neck injury in November and had to take several months off from CrossFit training. I'm looking forward to getting back in the gym and watching 13.3 live from Roots!
