How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
To be honest I eat like crap. Breakfast normally: Red Bull, Greek Yogurt, Banana, Muscle Milk, Coconut Water, did I mention Red Bull. Lunch: Jimmy Johns, Subway, local Mexican Burrito. Dinner: god whatever is easy unless I have company then the pans create gourmet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Westside Bend Crossfit, following the Invictus Program alternating between comp and regular WODS, and incorporating Oly Level 45 program 1 to 2 days a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played professional sports
Played football from Pop Warner thru the end of high school. Snowboarded as an amateur, then professional for 4 years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I first was introduced to Crossfit when I lived a block from US Crossfit in Encinitas. My first coach was Travis Dickey, of Oregon Crossfit. I then trained with the Rudge's at Lake Oswego Crossfit. I am now back training under Travis Dickey at Westside Bend Crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I live at the box :)
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have taken far to many breaks along the way, hoping for a 12 month run in 2014.
