I also enjoy rock climbing, a smattering of yoga, and an occasional run

I regularly play recreational sports

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
Usually do around 4-5 sessions/wk at our local crossfit gym. On the weekends I try and get out rock climbing. Don't usually rest more than one day a week.
