Co-Owner of CrossFit PB / San Diego Athletics for almost 6 years now. Couldn't be happier with our badass team of trainers and members. We have a great group, and push eachother to the limit daily. Remote Coaching - I've had the pleasure of helping solidify over 70 Regionals appearances for my athletes worldwide, and even had the honor of coaching at the CrossFit Games in 2013. I am looking to take on additional athletes in 2016/2017 - so let's make it hot!

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Grassfed and free-range meats. Love some dairy, especially cheese. French fries and pizza are a lock at least once a week.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I write my own programming

I record my workouts

Majority of training includes a Barbell or Dumbbells - heavy on oly lifting. I don't do much met-con, but when I do, you can be sure it's anaerobic and heavy. Open workouts hurt my pride and my soul

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Basketball all through high school and club in college. Too short and white to make anything of it.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have attended one or more specialty courses

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I train other people

I am co-owner of CrossFit PB in Pacific Beach, San Diego. Currently programming/coaching some of the top Regionals athletes. Love the dorky side of CrossFit. Living vicariously through my athletes

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I strictly schedule my rest days

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

4+ years

Started in 2009/2010 - Competed at Regionals on the team in 2011, 2012, 2013. Over this competing thing - Just wanna help others achieve their dreams
