I train other people

I started crossfit in August 2011 on recommendation from my house mate! Almost died after my first 10 minute AMRAP but knew it was something I wanted to get good at, or at least better at! Started training about 3 times a week, then rapidly got more and more hooked and was soon training 6-7 times a week. 6 months later I am part owner and coach at In2Crossfit Clapham. CrossFit has really changed my life in such a short time. I am no longer a vegetarian (after 17 years!), my career, leisure, sporting and social live all involves crossfit and I couldn't be happier! Recently organised the SICFIT London Throwdown with 2 friends which was a brilliant experience and hopefully something that will become an important fixture in the European competition calendar.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

Most days involve both strength training and a met con work. I try to stick to 3 days on one day off but like most crossfitters find it hard to be vigilant with rest days!
