Stay at home mome full-time, CrossFit coach part-time. If you asked me a couple of years ago if I would ever do this the answer would have been NO. Now I can't see doing anything else. I love the challenge, community and coaches!
How I Eat
I pretty much eat what I want, I try to keep it healthy but occasionally slip in some sweets.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Before Crossfit, I had participated in a Full Moon in June race, The Great Canadian Death Race, Banff to Jasper Relay, and played indoor and outdoor soccer.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I tried it, I loved it, I'm still doing it, I'll always do it :)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try to do at least one workout a day 4 days a week. Sometimes its 5 days a week.
