20 years of Rugby Union and League. Played for Australian Navy, combined service (Army, Navy, Airforce) and civilian sides such as Queensland Suburban and the mighty East Longhorns. 2004 pre-season with Balmain Tigers.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I listen to my body. If I can handle more, I do more. If I need a rest day, I rest.
