Rugby Union and League for Australian Navy, combined service (Army, Navy, Airforce) and civilian sides such as Queensland Suburban and the mighty East Longhorns. 2004 pre-season with Balmain Tigers, 5 games.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Training has not been high in my priorities this year, sporadic at best.
