How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Bake cookies once a week for my cheat meal.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Integrate pre-programmed workouts with additional work addressing my weaknesses (integrating mobility work/and track work)
My Athletic Background
Competitive swimmer, equestrian, rugby player (collegiate/post). Played this past fall for the Washington Furies Rugby Club.
