Soccer and basketball mostly. Though I find that the sport with the most applications of my increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains is bowling. man im good at bowling.

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
rest days might happen more frequently now depending on the demands of being a new parent
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
ive been working out most of my life, mostly for the sports i played. ive only been competing in crossfit for the last 4 years or so. i wouldnt classify my training as 'crossfit'. i train to get stronger, to be healthier, and to be a better athlete. crossfit was a big player in opening my eyes into new ways of training, and im thankful for that. but a standard workout day for me looks nothing like a mainsite workout.
