How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
For my active rest days/weekends, I surf anywhere from 1-3 hours at a time on weekends during the winter months. Sometimes 2-3 weekdays during summer months. Usually 1-2 complete days of rest.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I also was a competitive Olympic weightlifter and former club coach with USA weightlifting.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
My previous background was a strength coach with NSCA and then a work hardening physical therapist before moving into the business world. Training like Crossfit is how I trained all my athletes and patients and how I trained myself.
