How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I am also a mountain biker and am working with a coach from Carmichael Training, So i am riding and running and swimming in addition to Crossfit training.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Within the last 5 years I have taken up mountain biking and rode the Leadville 100 August 13, 2011 and received the silver buckle!
