Bio

CrossFit Coach and athlete, surfer, food lover, Bikram student and sports fan in general. My passion is human performance and utilising the mind and its ability to overcome greater obstacles than the body can physically handle. Family and friends call me Chaddo, Unit or big man, just please dont call me late for dinner. Growing up in a sporting family I can thank my parents for passing on their work ethic genes to me. My Dad, Ian represented Australia in Rugby League with my Mum Karen being the fly champion at High School. I’m a qualified PE Teacher but choose to continue working with people to help them improve to make each day easier. Now Co-Owner of CrossFit Active in North Sydney, I have spent last 12 years in the fitness industry, training and learning.
