Tulsa Native. I train @ Crossfit Bellator with 2012-2013 Reebok Games competitor Justin Allen. I have been Crossfitting for almost 3 years now, and am doing what it takes to be the next future Oklahoman to make it to Regionals and one day the CF Games.
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I strictly schedule my meals and my cheat meals. Mainly Zone.

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

Competitive Tennis, 2 years of High School Football, 5 years of Rugby, and a weightlifter. Now currently Crossfitting.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I had a buddy introduce me into crossfit and the minute I stepped foot into the box I knew right there this was it. After the first WOD I did (which I about died) I was instantly hooked and immediately joined. I've met some of the coolest people, and have the best coaches. They actually care about the members, and we are more of a family then anything. CrossFit has really given me a check in life as well. I continue to keep Cross Fitting till I can't.
