I played college sports
I was a distance freestyle swimmer in a Div III program. I now train for open water swim races, triathlon and cycling events.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to crossfit 4-5 times a week in addition to biking, swimming or running.
