I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
About 4-5 crossfit WODS/week with some Oly in between. My "rest" days are chewed up throwing ice axes and pulling on rocks with my girl, snowboarding the backcountry with my dog Bear, mtbiking, cycling, and hiking. I don't plan rest days, they take me hostage as needed.
