Bio

Ran cross-country and track throughout highschool. Started crossfit in 2012 at Hammerdown Crossfit and got hooked. After changing duty stations to Maryland I started attending Crossfit Diesel and learned about competitive teams. From there, I did work a short term at Terrapin Crossfit gaining more experience with competitive programming before deploying to Afghanistan. I now reside at 12 Labours Crossfit in Columbia, Maryland and have the opportunity to train with some Games level athletes. Gotta crush it this year.
