I eat paleo. I eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. I eat at least 5 meals a day.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
60/40 is my weekly training routine. I train 3 days a week powerlifting and 2 days a week at Crossfit 808. I have a coach who programs my training elements.
