My life changed when I came to CrossFit Greensboro. I love the challenge of each WOD... and am working hard to get better. The kool-aid is awesome!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try 80/20 PALEO but am not always successful. To train and compete, I am going to focus more on my eating!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
When I do workout at home I do Crossfit WODS!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I ran track, did gymnastics and was a cheerleader in high school. I play USTA tennis 2-3 nights a week.. year-round.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I drank the KOOL-AID and liked it. I admit it. I AM ADDICTED.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I started in mid-September of 2011 as a way to train for a challenge course run. I have been attending as much as possible every week since then. It has been a life-changing experience!
