I love the active lifestyle the Goldy fosters and crossfit is a great way to stay holistically fit to engage in that way of living. I compete because I love the challenge of overcoming adversity and just having a good go at life. We were made to move, so I love to 'use it' so I don't 'lose it'. HooRaah!
