Bio

Hi! My name is Lori Jioia. I aIways have had a love for fitness ever since I can remember. And have made it my career. I was a physical education and health teacher for 8 years. I also coached JV Volleyball. I currently teach cycling classes for the past 14 years. I competed in 2 fitness competitions (many many moons ago:) ) I have always worked in a gym and thought I "trained" hard. Until one day a man came up to me and said " I think you really should check out crossfit" Thanks to my buddy Bruce, I started this journey at the CrossfitKOB in Long Beach, NY in October 2011. Now I know what the true meaning of being fit really is. I'm doing this beacuse I just want to see how far I can go....

I eat strict Paleo
