My name is Loryn Ferreira and I workout and train at United Barbell (aka CrossFit SOMA) in San Francisco CA. I have been CrossFitting since highschool (2010) and have loved every second of it. I compete because I love the feeling of being strong and not needing a guy to open jars for me. I like pushing my mind and body to the limits and showing everyone and myself that I am strong, capable, and amazing just the way I am. I love the community aspect of CrossFit and I especially love the community of amazing coaches, athletes and friends at United Barball.
