How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I crossfit so that i can eat whatever the hell i want... and i wont change

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I do the programming for Crossfit Moxie and I'm a big believer in practice what you preach... plus I'm a strength coach so i do anywhere between 2 and 3 extra strength days a week!

My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
Started implementing crossfit with my teams @ San Jose state..saw how much they improved and figured what the hell... 3 years later I'm co-owner of Crossfit moxie and wish I would have done this 15 years ago!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
Monday = moxie wod Tuesday = strength and moxie wod Wednesday = strength and moxie wod Thursday = moxie wod Friday = moxie wod/some times strength Saturday = off/ except for the open Sunday = off/ always!
