How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I been eating almost strict Paleo since April 2011, but I do drink whey protein drinks which are dairy based.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout 5 days a week at my local Crossfit box.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
Once out of high school I had limited recreational sports involvement over the years until I was 49 when I started Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I was introduced to Crossfit by some close friends.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My schedule is Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat. 1 workout each day.
